By buying or commissioning me you agree to my terms of service. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to read my terms. If you break my terms all rights to art/character will be taken away and you will be blocked. You will also never get any kind of service from me.
My rights

✧I have the right to self promote any art I have created on any website as art examples. I will not use commission art for any kind of commercial use or claim they are my character.
✧I have the right to price my art however I see fit.
✧I have the right to change my prices and types of art offered.
✧I have the right to block or blacklist anyone without explanation.
✧Only me and the owner of the character are allowed to use artwork made.

✧You may post my art and use my art on any website as long as you properly credit me. Including one of my socials: Twitter, Instagram, toyhouse, or Ko-fi.

✧You may not trace over my commissioned artwork or any kind of art.
✧You may not use my art for monetary gain.
✧You may not sell or use my art for commercial use.
✧Do not heavily reference my art.
✧You may not claim my art as your own.
✧You may not use my art or associate my art with NFT's.
